🇩🇪 Bügelanleitung für Bügelbilder
Mit unseren Bügelbildern kannst du deine genähten oder gekauften Lieblingsstücke ganz einfach individualisieren. Damit dein Motiv optimal hält und lange schön bleibt, beachte bitte die folgenden Hinweise.

So geht's mit dem Bügeleisen
1. Textil vorbereiten
Lege dein Kleidungsstück auf eine harte, hitzebeständige Unterlage. Ein weiches Bügelbrett ist weniger geeignet, da für das Aufbringen ausreichend Druck benötigt wird.
Bügle die gewünschte Stelle kurz vor, damit sie glatt, trocken und vorgewärmt ist.
2. Bügelbild kontrollieren & positionieren
Prüfe dein Bügelbild vor dem Aufbringen auf eventuell vorhandenes Restgranulat und entferne dieses vorab.
Positioniere das Motiv anschließend an der gewünschten Stelle. Das Motiv zeigt nach oben.
3. Bügeleisen einstellen
Stelle dein Bügeleisen auf eine mittlere Temperatur von ca. 130 °C (etwa 2 Punkte) ein.
Bitte keinen Dampf verwenden.
Da Bügeleisen je nach Hersteller und Modell unterschiedlich heiß werden können, handelt es sich bei der Einstellung lediglich um einen Richtwert.
4. Motiv aufpressen
Lege Backpapier zwischen Bügeleisen und Transferfolie.
Drücke das Bügeleisen für ca. 15 Sekunden mit kräftigem, gleichmäßigem Druck auf das Motiv.
Wichtig: Nicht hin- und herbügeln, sondern das Bügeleisen aufsetzen und fest pressen.
Ist das Motiv größer als die Fläche deines Bügeleisens, arbeite dich Abschnitt für Abschnitt über das Motiv. Achte darauf, dass jede Stelle ausreichend Hitze und Druck erhält.
5. Transferfolie abziehen
Ziehe die transparente Transferfolie warm und vorsichtig ab.
Sollten sich einzelne Stellen des Motivs dabei mit anheben, lege die Folie wieder zurück und presse die entsprechende Stelle erneut.
6. Nachpressen
Für eine optimale Haltbarkeit empfehlen wir, das Motiv nach dem Entfernen der Transferfolie noch einmal mit Backpapier abzudecken und für einige Sekunden nachzupressen.
So geht's mit der Transferpresse
Stelle deine Transferpresse auf:
130 °C · 15 Sekunden · mittlerer Druck
Positioniere das Bügelbild auf deinem Textil und presse es entsprechend der angegebenen Parameter.
Anschließend die Transferfolie warm abziehen.
Für eine optimale Haltbarkeit kannst du das Motiv mit Backpapier abdecken und noch einmal kurz nachpressen.
Polyester, Softshell & besondere Materialien
Bei Polyester und Softshell empfehlen wir eine reduzierte Presstemperatur von ca. 120 °C, um eine mögliche Resublimation bzw. Verfärbung zu vermeiden.
Bei Nylon und beschichteten Materialien kann die Haltbarkeit des Transfers je nach Beschichtung unterschiedlich ausfallen.
Da sich Materialien und Beschichtungen verschiedener Hersteller unterscheiden, empfehlen wir grundsätzlich:
Bitte teste Temperatur, Druck und Verträglichkeit vorab an einem Stoffrest oder einer unauffälligen Stelle.
Waschen & Pflegen
Unsere DTF-Transfers sind grundsätzlich bis 60 °C waschbar.
Für eine besonders lange Haltbarkeit empfehlen wir jedoch:
- bei 30 °C waschen
- Kleidungsstück auf links drehen
- möglichst schonend waschen
- keinen Weichspüler verwenden
- nicht direkt über das Motiv bügeln
- die Pflegehinweise des verwendeten Textils beachten
Unser Tipp: Je schonender du dein Lieblingsstück behandelst, desto länger bleibt auch dein Bügelbild schön. 🤍
Wichtig: Da Bügeleisen, Transferpressen und Textilien unterschiedlich sein können, sind die angegebenen Werte Richtwerte. Wir empfehlen immer einen vorherigen Test.

Our iron-on transfers are an easy way to personalise your handmade or ready-made favourites. To ensure your design adheres properly and stays beautiful for as long as possible, please follow the instructions below.
At a glance

For polyester or softshell, reduce the temperature to approx. 120°C / 248°F.
How to apply with a household iron
1. Prepare the fabric
Place your garment on a hard, heat-resistant surface. A soft ironing board is less suitable, as sufficient pressure is needed for the transfer to adhere properly.
Pre-iron the area briefly to make sure it is smooth, dry and preheated.
2. Check & position the iron-on transfer
Before applying, check your iron-on transfer for any defects or remaining adhesive powder.
Position the design on the desired area. The transparent transfer film should face upwards.
3. Set your iron
Set your iron to a medium temperature of approx. 130°C / 266°F (about 2 dots).
Please do not use steam.
As household irons can vary in temperature depending on the manufacturer and model, this setting should be considered a guideline.
4. Press the design
Place a sheet of baking/parchment paper between the iron and the transfer film.
Press the iron firmly and evenly onto the design for approx. 15 seconds.
Important: Do not move the iron back and forth. Place it down and apply firm pressure.
If your design is larger than the surface of your iron, work section by section. Make sure every part of the design receives sufficient heat and pressure.
5. Peel off the transfer film
Carefully peel off the transparent transfer film while it is still warm.
If any part of the design starts to lift with the film, place the film back down and press that area again.
6. Press again
For optimum durability, we recommend covering the design with baking/parchment paper after removing the transfer film and pressing it again for a few seconds.
How to apply with a heat press
Set your heat press to:
130°C / 266°F · 15 seconds · medium pressure
Position the iron-on transfer on your fabric and press according to the settings above.
Then peel off the transfer film while warm.
For optimum durability, you can cover the design with baking/parchment paper and press it again briefly.
Polyester, softshell & special materials
For polyester and softshell, we recommend reducing the pressing temperature to approx. 120°C / 248°F to help prevent possible dye migration or discolouration.
For nylon and coated fabrics, the durability of the iron-on transfer may vary depending on the type of coating.
As fabrics and coatings differ between manufacturers, we always recommend:
Test the temperature, pressure and suitability on a fabric scrap or an inconspicuous area before applying the iron-on transfer.
Washing & care
Our iron-on transfers are generally washable up to 60°C / 140°F.
For the best possible durability, however, we recommend:
- wash at 30°C / 86°F
- turn the garment inside out before washing
- use a gentle wash cycle whenever possible
- do not use fabric softener
- do not iron directly over the design
- always follow the care instructions of the garment or fabric
